Cooking steps

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl
  2. Add a dollop of cooking cream and salt to taste
  3. Next, whisk until everything has mixed well
  4. Add some oil to non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture
  5. Lightly stir until it becomes slightly cook, but please ensure don’t overcook to maintain the fluffiness & softness of the egg
  6. Once it is slightly cook, roll over the egg and turn upside down and continue to cook for about 10-20 seconds
  7. Put on a serving plate and add a cube of butter to serve
