Firstly, blitz the biscuits, walnuts and cocoa powder in a food processor till they are a crumb-like in consistency. Pour in the condensed milk and mix till they are moist. Scoop a spoonful up and roll into a small ball, then roll it with coconut. Refrigerate before serving.
